Journal contents gone / unaccessible

Hello, since the last session (Monday 25th August) I have the problem that the journal entries, module contents, player characters, etc. aren't accessible. The categories simply have no expand symbol to them. So once a token is off the map it can't be dragged back. Same for all the other module contents, texts, monsters, etc. This, of course, breaks the whole game. Browser is Firefox. See attached screenshot: Game is this: https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/19691097/keys-from-the-golden-vault-oob

It’s mostly community help here. You should use the Help Center and Send a request to get Roll20 staff attention and a ticket to track your issue. One thing I can suggest is launching your game in a Chrome Incognito or Firefox Private Browsing window.
Now it is all back. The contents are shown again in the journal, and the module is also back in "My Marketplace Items". Am curious if there'll be an explanation. Such things can really be "immersion breaking" if you get my drift ;-)

If this happens, I recommend clearing your Browser Cache and reload. For another user that I helped to troubleshoot the issue, that's what fixed it.

Guys wiping the browser cache is done automatically after every session. The problem has disappeared the same way as it appeared - just like that - documenting the low quality of the services. Specifically since there is neither an explanation of the cause (I speculate they are not known), nor an excuse for breaking a game session by withdrawing contracted services.
