How do I use Tiles in my Library?

I have been trying to pull 2000 by 2000 tiles from my library to the game table but it doesn't work, I just get a teeny tiny little square. How do I pull it from my library at the right size?

Are you putting them on the token layer or the map layer?

Brian's question is a good one. Things dropped on to the token layer tend to snap to fit the squares. Dropping them on the map layer usually means they don't distort their size. The other option if you're encountering a lot of issues even when placing things on the map layer is to turn the grid off entirely, drop all your tiles down, and then turn the grid back on to arrange everything.

On the map layer. If I upload it straight from my computer its the right size but if I drag it from the library its only the size of the library thumbnail.

I too have this issue. The easiest thing to do is, after you put it on the map just Right Click -> Set Dimensions . If you know its 2000x2000, just type it in and press Set
