i am looking for people to play a Asian RPG themed 5th edition game using a custom world, races, backgrounds, and other options. we would prefer to play several days a week including saturday, from 4pm central US (10pm UTC) until 8pm central (2amUTC) Link to the LFG page for the campaign <a href="https://app.roll20.net/lfg/listing/17714/homebrew-" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/lfg/listing/17714/homebrew-</a>... and here is some info about it. [---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------] this world is mostly unexplored, the native races have such a long life span and reproduce slowly, leading to slow outward expansion. No humans or half elves, Beastfolk: Inugami (wolfman) have the same stats as a half orc. Humans are outsiders that have used magic to transport themselves to this world in order to colonize it and spread their patrons influence. Halflings are called Mogui and are eternally children, and live for up to 300 years. (like santa's elves) Elves are immortal, and reach physical maturity at the age of 25, they may chose to grow older at a rate of 1 year per century, or remain youthful. Dwarves live to be well over a thousand years. Dragonborn have wings and can fly at a speed of 30ft. Dragonborn reach full physical maturity by age 15 and they live up to 500 years. They age in spurts during a yearlong hibernation once each century, scales growing harder and deeper in color. Tieflings are called the demon race, and have several subraces basec on JRPG's, they have allied themselves with the invading humans and often work as mercenaries. they have a life span of between 500 and 1000 years. [---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------] When the world was old and dying, neglected and abused by its denizens. the gods, long since abandoned by the people they once guided and nurtured, grew hateful with the humans who had inhabited the world. Summoning forth a shower of meteors to pepper the world and cleanse it of the human infection, the humans were pushed far underground as ash and debris blocked out the sun. Among the few survivors were eight devout sisters, children of former priestesses of the old religions. showing no fear or hesitation these sisters set out for the surface to commune with the gods, as their ancestors had done generations ago. The eight human sisters offered themselves up as sacrifices to the gods, pleading for mercy and praying for the gods return, never once blaming anyone for their misfortune. As the ancient gods and goddesses left, felling merciful on the twilight of their creations existence, they passed on portions of their divine portfolios to these devout maidens. instructing the sisters on the use of their new divine gifts, the gods and goddesses humanity once loved and feared left, never to return, and in their place stood eight new beacons of power. After the world was renewed, the goddesses traveled through the cosmos in search of the old gods, in their travels they discovered the many creations of the multivurse, and using them as templates, the goddesses returned to their world to create peoples to populate this pristine garden. Gaia created the dwarves and gnomes, children that would love the stone she so meticulously recreated. Furia, Nymia, and Atlantia created the Beastkin from the various animals they had once known in their mortal lives. Furia also created the goblinoids, while her sister Nymia created Dragons and Dragonborn, Atlantia created the merfolk and Sehaguin. Lumia created the elves and the sylvan races. Felling jealous of her sisters beautiful children, Chai stole away a few elven children, molding them in darkness, to form the Drow and creatures of the underdark. Veila, created the Mogui, eternal children to dance under the moon. Tsomri alone created nothing, vowing to keep the populations under control so as not to repeat the mistakes of the past, when humanity overpopulated the planet. More than three millennia later, inter-planar travelers have discovered this rich and fertile world, their presence revealing this world to their own deities. war and strife began a vicious circle. as Gods and Goddesses from around the cosmos began sending followers to carve out a chunk of this new world for their patrons. [---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------] many foreigners infiltrated the world. bringing with them summoned demons, monsters, and beasts never seen before by the natives. this angered the goddesses to no end. In order to prevent more outlanders from tainting their new world, the goddesses erected a barrier that would prevent anything from entering the world, cuting it off from the multiverse. but the damage was done, when the barrier was raised it trapped all the beings that had already come to the world, preventing them from leaving. 200 years since the wars end, humans have established a small kingdom on the east coast of Tarn, the largest of the four continents and the one least explored. in their haste to establish themselves, the humans uncovered a vast underground series of caverns that had survived the ancient gods wrath. in order to facilitate the exploration of these labyrinths, and the retrieval of ancient relics. The humans established an "Adventurer's Guild". The guild would hire groups of adventurers to explore, catalog, and map these ruins. over time the Guild began to branch out and accept requests for services from locals and merchants. the adventurers would carryout these services for fame and notoriety. the adventurers guild also pays fees for maps of unexplored areas to assist with the colonization of the regions. [---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------] if you are interested in playing with us, please fill oit a post here ( <a href="https://app.roll20.net/lfg/listing/17714/homebrew-" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/lfg/listing/17714/homebrew-</a>... ) we are open to custom races and backgrounds but are unwilling to deviate from the Players handbook on classes.
