DnD 2024 - adding an additional section to the Inventory tab in your character sheet

Hey all, One of my players is *obsessed* with collecting food in-game and turning them into meals through the Chef feat. And I'd like to help them out with that, cause I think that's cool. Currently they have a bunch of ingredients cluttering up their inventory, and I'd love it if it was possible to make a separate section, below (or above, whatever) the "Other Possessions" section (in the Inventory tab), simply labeled "Ingredients". The dropdown menu almost seems to imply that this is possible, but I have no idea how I would go about it. I realize I could simply do this with a handout sheet, and although that would be easier, they also wanna keep the weight of the food in mind, which would be easier through this method (after a slight miscalculation where I gave them 20 pumpkins on accident). However, what I have in mind is more along the line of adding multiple categories, being able to rename those categories, and being able to drag the items between these sections. Not everyone is collecting Ingredients, after all. Ehh, let me know what you think?
This is the dropdown menu I mention, for the record: <a href="https://imgur.com/4HBCSqU" rel="nofollow">https://imgur.com/4HBCSqU</a>
