Tokens with vision can see the map in greyscale when placed on the GM Layer.

Repro: 1. Open up a map with Dynamic Lighting, Explorer Mode, and Update Token on Drop active 2. Place a token with vision and 60 feet of darkvision enabled onto the GM Layer 3. Use CTRL + L to look through the token's vision Result: The map is appearing in greyscale. Expected: No vision should be available for a token until it is moved to the token layer.

Hi DM Raven! This is to be expected when you are the GM. Have you tested as a player, preferably with a  Dummy Account ? Ctrl-L is to test line of sight. It was never intended to duplicate the player experience.
Ah, you are correct. I think in the pre-jumpgate version it didn't reveal the map at all. They must have changed that design. Thanks for letting me know!
