Internal Server Error

My players are not able to log into our game today. I as the DM am able to log in.

I also am having this trouble, can't load any of my games. I tried logging out and in again, restarting my browser, and restarting my computer.&nbsp;

Hey! Our group is also having the same issue with google and firefox. Our DM who was previously logged in still has access though.&nbsp;

I am also another victim of this problem.

Same here, came to find a solution to this.&nbsp; Tried on multiple devices. logged out and back in, all same error message.

Was able to access my character fine an hour and a half ago. 20 minutes ago it told me to log back in to confirm my login, now I can't login. Same error

I believe the new reports have been passed back by another Forum Champ. Sorry for the false hope.

Hi folks,&nbsp; It appears there is a recurrence of the issue from earlier today. The Devs are working on the issue. I or a Roll20 Dev will let you know when things get fixed.

All my players are stuck somewhere. One is stuck on the Verifying Credentials "Are you Human?" page and some are just in a login loop, as I am. I've tried everything only to realize it's a Roll20 Error this time (server-side) and not anyone's personal computer. Good luck Adventurers. Steel yourselves for the worst tonight. I, local Dm Here, my players are unable to join &amp; are really bored. They were looking forward to getting back to sending all the students at their academy to the&nbsp;infirmary with&nbsp;chilli

Experiencing the same issue. Thank you Roll20 team for looking into it! Some of my players can get in, some cannot. @inDOORsmig, whatever is going on in your campaign is very interesting!

Not a longterm solution, but all my players who were DMs in other games were able to get in. So we had the non-DMs make their own empty games with themselves as DM, and now they can get into our campaign!&nbsp;

Oh yeah, they are all students for pilots of magical necromancy mechs &amp; it's the festival arc, so are kobold and the rest of the players set up chilli stance for it, making a chilli challenge to eat Dandar's venom.....................we lost 30 students and 2 teachers. But luckily, the twelve that survived got chilli dog plushies&nbsp;&nbsp;

Hi Everyone, The Devs inform me that they are still investigating but that everyone should be able to get back into their games. If you are still having difficulty please clear your cookies and cache, log out then log back in. If you are still unable to get in please let me know and I will pass it along.

Help! I can't log in as of right now. I keep getting booted out or I get a message of "internal server error"

The developers are currently investigating an issue with logging in + accessing the VTT. I cant access my characters. i tried clearing cookies etc, log out/ log in and no luck

Tuesday, Sept 9, 7:13 PM (EST) I keep getting an error message "Internal Sever Error" when trying to log into my campaigns. Any clues as to what is going on? Has DOGE taken over ROll20?&nbsp;

I am also getting the internal server error across Google Chrome and Safari, even after logging out and back in

I'm fine across browsers til Roll20 say it needs me to log in again to validate my login, then blam getting this error on login.

+1 for the Problem, on both Chrome and Firefox/cleared cookies/etc. Presumably my players can't get in for our game tonight either judging from this thread.

I to am having the same problem with my group. I as a GM can log in and my players can't.

If only I hadn't agreed to log back in, I was already in but thoughtlessly clicked! Now I'm one of the only players stuck out of the session.

This is so upsetting. We waited for 2 weeks for everyone to get together and play. A few of our members are overseas and took a lot of coordination to get this to work. Then for this to happen ti the site is unacceptable. Especially after 24 hours. This needs to be fixed immediately.&nbsp;

Another one affected here, still can't get in despite clearing cookies/cache and logging out and back in. Hope they manage to fix it soon.&nbsp;

This is basic site functionality. 24+ hours of issues without an explanation or timeframe update, let alone a fix. This is really the cherry on top of all the issues begging the question of why I'm dropping money here instead of switching VTTs.

Hi folks,&nbsp; I am not a Roll20 Dev so cannot state what is happening definitively. But I can state that this is an ongoing issue ever since Cloudflare went kablooey (official term you know?) yesterday.&nbsp; I don't know if that caused the issue Roll20 is still experiencing, or if it is an ongoing issue...or what. But it seems related.&nbsp; The Devs are on the case trying to get things back up and running.&nbsp;

Please get us back online! My game starts in like 5 minutes! I really don't want to do theatre of the mind, and all of my planning :)
