FX Should be below dynamic lighting.

It's very odd to me that you can have special effects that are visible to players beyond their line of sight.  If you want to run FX for like a bonfire or torch or something, you can't use FX because it sits above dynamic lighting and everyone will see where the bonfire or torch is, regardless if it's technically covered by darkness. This seems like such a small fix for such a silly problem. Here you can see the problem illuminated (literally):
