Damage modifiers not applying when rolling attack 5e '24

Basically, what the title says.  If I roll an attack from either a player's or an NPC's sheet (all of which have autoroll damage), the calculated damage never adds the modifier. Am I missing something?

I suggest doing this as the issue you are reporting sounds like a bug.
