Death Knight from the 2024 Monster Manual is not in the Compendium

I double-checked that I do, in fact, own the 2024 Monster Manual, but the Death Knight is missing from my Compendium. Is this missing for others, or just me?

Hi Adam Is Up to Something,  It comes up for me.  Could you elaborate on how you are searching for the Death Knight?  Internal Compendium or External Compendium?  If internal, old compendium or new compendium?  Search bar or via Filtered results?
Thanks for the response! Your specific questions prompted me to hunt down the core problem: for the in-game compendium, I could only select  the Free Basic Rules for 2014 and 2024 and D&D 5th Edition SRD. This was despite me having the 2024 Monster Manual enabled on my Game Settings -> Compendium Sources. I hadn't even realized I was having a problem because there are 2024 monsters I *was* able to access based on the 2024 Free Basic" that was among my 3 options.  I more or less accidentally stumbled on the fix for this: I had to open Compendium Sources, then manually disable the 2014 Monster Manual, then re-launch the game. That not only made the 2024 Monster Manual available, it also populated my available filters list with all the 12+ other sources enabled on my game's Compendium Sources list, including the 2024 PHB. I now wonder how long I've been playing with only a fraction of my content available in the Compendium. I really wish I'd known that I needed to do this months ago.
Also, HOLY SOCKS. This made the "we need to verify your login" window that had been hanging out on my screen finally disappear.

The "we need to verify your login" window means you won't have access to your content. Generally the solution at that point is to clear the Roll20 specific cookies and cache. You can try the login of course, but clearing cookies and cache also might get rid of any issues which might be prompting that window.
I didn't clear any cached content. All I did was disable the 2014 Monster Manual. Maybe it's not cause-effect, and the underlying problem got corrected on the back end at roughly the same time?

Probably what happened was that by disabling the 2014 MM it forced a refresh of the permissions. Same result, different route.
Aaaand the problem is back. I'm back down to the same three options from my earliest posts when I try to filter. Frustratingly, this includes the 2014 Monster Manual content, which I'd already disabled. And WOW, I wish I could edit the title of this thread. I didn't even understand the problem's scope when I posted it. I'll go clear my Roll20 cache, but I'm not sanguine about this working given I had the problem, then didn't, until now.

Please make sure you also clear cookies, cache alone may not be enough. If that doesn't work, my suggestion at that point would be to file a report with Roll20 via the Help Center .
This time, I was able to resolve it by logging out of Roll20 and back in. Didn't actually do the browser cache, but it worked.

If it happens again please let me know, and please try the cookies and cache clearing if it happens again. :)
