Fumble/Crit not highlighting in D&D 2024/Jumpgate

I am not the DM, but I'd like to help out with some research. In our last campaign (D&D 2014, pre-jumpgate), any D20 roll (attack/save/ability check) would show red for a natural 1 and .. green? for a natural 20. In the new campaign it no longer does.  1's and 20's look just like any other number.  This means that every roll that is either high or low we need to dig into the details and find out if it was a natural 1/20 before modifications. Why is that?  I don't think we're doing anything unusual with our character sheets (they're just roll20, not some Beyond mapping or somesuch). Any suggestions appreciated!
So... Is this not happening to anyone else?

Hi Kurt! There's a lot of places where a d20 is rolled. Can you post an example screen shot?
