2024 sheet with 2014 rules should default to 2014 rules

I am starting up CoS with 2014 rules but want my players to use the 2024 sheet with the 2014 rules.  I noticed that even though I don't have any 2024 content enabled, after creating a characer the Sheet Settings have "Use 2024 Rules" turned on.  I would love for this to default off if we're playing with the old rules.  I don't know what leaving it on will do to the game.
