Hello, this is a listing for the Curse of Strahd, Revamped weekly games I am running. We will be using Discord for voice, Roll20 for the game, and we will start at level 3. There will be a session 0 where we will make characters, do backstory, and discuss additional homebrew rules people would like to add if any. Below you will see a paragraph about the setting, and the links to the games. I would also like to say since this module is very well known I am going to take some things from Van Rickten’s Guide to Ravenloft, the Curse of Strahd Subreddit, and things from your characters backstories and put them into Barovia just to add some stuff to the game to where we experience new content while staying true to Barovia and the original module while making it our own. I hope we can venture into the mist together while trying not to succumb to the Dark Powers too much. Concealed deep within the mist of Ravenloft dwells a man whose thirst for a love unrequited and for a power laden with dark desires brought forth his own damnation the day he succumbed to the Dark Powers and committed an act that turned his blood scarred realm into his own prison, forced to relive the same events that led to his fall every day, and to live in the land he so dearly loved but changed and misshapen to mirror his blackened soul. But despite all the efforts by the unknown powers that locked him away, the man never ceased his ambitions. Though the man had his land and its people, he desired more. To him he was destined to conquer, to subjugate, and to break the hope of those who defied him. So he invites those from the outside world into his land, and tempts them to stop him while trying his best to break their spirits. The man has done this for many years, and you have recently caught his eye.
