Returned after a break and find that I'm missing assets...

Did something happen while I was absent? All my Terrain Hexagon map-packs have disappeared and the one I'd wish listed is also AWOL. What drama did I miss?

Hi, can you give more information about where you're looking & not seeing those assets? Is this in your game > in your Art Library tab?  As for one that you Wish-Listed, that is entirely possible: products can be removed from the Marketplace, for a variety of reasons. Sometimes they are replaced by a newer version. Sometimes the product moves to Drive Thru RPG site.  However any products that you purchased, should still be available in your Roll20 Art Library and assets. 

Hi MEWS48,  Last week there was a login issue that might have messed up permissions.  Just to make sure that that is not what is going on here could you please clear your cookies and cache, log out, then log back in?  Then check to see if your content is back. If it is not then my suggestion would be to contact Roll20 via the Help Center . 

Panic over (I think) The assets are still listed in art library but no longer show up in My Marketplace Items (which was how I was keeping track of which ones I had). Thanks for the replies Gauss and Gold. MEW
