Hi Shehzad M,  Does this only apply when you are right clicking and trying to open in new tab?  Or does this also apply to windows opened inside the game?
This happens when I left click on any part of the module like dragon's rest locations. However when I click on it via the journal it works.

Can you go to your My Settings tab inside the game and check if the "Popout Journal Files into new windows" is checkmarked.  If it is please disable that and see if it is still having an error.
that box is checked
even when I right click on it and go to a new window I get check internet connction. But when I pull it up from the journal the exact same page it works
I reset my chrome browser, click on the dragon's rest tab, then go to explore the island, it gives the connection error. I then try explore the island and it works from the journal. I just tried in edge, same issue.
I think there is a bug, just need you to confirm please.

Unfotunately Shehzad, I cannot replicate the problem.  It seems to be a problem specific to your setup.  You might have an extension interfering. Or maybe a popup blocker.  I'd check your security settings, try in a different browser, try in an incognito or private browser, etc.  If nothing works, I suggest contacting Roll20 via the Help Center .  When you contact the Help Center I suggest using a video to show how you are doing this rather than screenshots. It would save a lot of time as there was confusion on how you were getting here.
It is happening on multiple computers though
I think you are right, I will take it from here. Thank you!
Consider this resolved. TYSM for your help!

What was the solution?
I had my pop up blocker, blocking it so you were correct.
