I don't have an answer to why your playlists are disappearing, but I have a precaution that may save you some time should it happen again: My technique is to set up all playlists in "My Audio" rather than in the Game. If the game loses the definitions, you can easily restore from the MyAudio site. However, if the case is that the playlists are being lost, but the tracks are remaining, I can see how that would still be a cleanup issue. Beyond that, I suggest three possible courses of action: 1. File a Help Center Request and get real dev attention, rather than the community help availale on the forum 2. Try a rollback (make a copy of your game first). It is possible that this will restore them. I hesitate to advise this, because Rollbacks in my experience sometimes have unintended consequences or roll back other changes you didn't want rolled back. 3. Since you are a pro user, try my Jukebox Plus script [ video intro ]. It does access the jukebox playlists, but you can also set up albums (themed, tag-managed playlists), and a lot more.
