Add a Toggle for the Playing Cards

Would it be possible to add a toggle to turn OFF the playing card field?  I find it incredibly annoying to have to work around that area of the screen when I'm editing maps and stuff.  It seems like every other second I have to scroll the map because I need to edit something in that field THAT I'M NOT USING.

Hands (above the Players), or Decks (at the right-side of map pages)?  If you have all Decks hidden (not showing) then that Decks field should be OFF and not affecting your map editing or anything. It is effectively toggled off if you don't have any Decks showing. What are you seeing? Can u show a screenshot for this?
