Need advice on handling initiative for Dragonbane

I am used to the D&D initiative tracker in Roll20. In Dragonbane we draw initiative cards for every round, but how is it best to keep track of the turns from there?

Hey Simira. I haven't played Dragonbane yet so I'm just giving some Roll20 knowledge here. Maybe someone else will come along who has experience with the RPG specifically. I think this Roll20 feature was originally set up for Savage Worlds and accomodates that type of card-based initiatives. Not sure the differences from Dragonbane. Show the Turn Tracker from left-toolbar. Add the PC's tokens to the Turn Tracker, in any order. (Right-click each token, choose Add Turn).  Show the Card Deck (so it appears on right-hand side of the Page area, just to the left of chat). Click the card deck there and choose Deal. Click the button "Deal cards to Turn Order items".  Also click the cog-gear for Turn Tracker settings and see if you might need to choose Sort By Suit there.

I thought about doing this, but I could not find the turn tracker, and thought for some reason it was not available in the Dragonbane rooms. The reason I could not find it was of course that I was logged in as a player, as I have bought the books on Roll20 for the group, but I am not the GM.  Sorry for the disturbanse, please continue on, nothing to see here!
Actually, I am still left with questions. The above did work, only the cards don't seem to assign a clear number. I am guessing the "I" stands for "Initiative", but the order doesn't sort properly. Any suggestions?

From what I read, what some other Dragonbane groups are doing, is drag the card to the tabletop next to the Character's token. Just not using the Turn Tracker at all, but having the cards played onto the tabletop map-page.

But there is another whole-way too Are you using the Dragonbane character sheet in Roll20? It has its own dragonbane initiative support method. You create a "party sheet" under the Journal, Character Sheets, and it has a panel specifically for doing dragonbane initiative. This method also does not use the Turn Tracker.  Here are the instructions from the Character Sheet creators: Party Sheet The character sheet also provides a party sheet functionality to fully support the Dragonbane system's card drawn initiative. This can be used in addition to the Roll20 initiative tracker, or completely in place of it by toggling a setting on the sheet's setting page. The default mode is to be used in place of the native Roll20 initiative tracker. This page is meant to be used as a separate character sheet entry in the game's journal which all players should be given edit access to. Rolling initiative To roll initiative using the party sheet, simply select the token you wish to roll initiative for and click the roll initiative button to pull one of the ten initiative cards for that creature, add it to the initiative tracker, and sort the character sheet based initiative order. Resetting the initiative The character sheet's initiative order can be reset simply by clicking the reset initiative button.
Thank you! I never knew of the excistense of the party sheet, and it looks like it will solve our problems!
