Text formating and styling in handouts change drastically between edit mode and view

Pardon me, as the last post I made had not a correct format, so I deleted it and I'm going to redo it. Description: I currently use a single game in which I run most of my campaigns. Said game has a big, translated, homebrew compendium using handouts that I've been expanding on for some years now. Although getting the style and format right is finicky, I've got the hang of it. However, today I found myself a problem I have not even seen. I found weird gaps, missalignments and missing line jumps all across my handouts. Those visual glitches are not to be found within the edit mode of the handout, but in view mode they are clearly noticeable. I'll share some screenshots, 2 for each of the 3 handouts that encapsulate the issue. Yesterday at 2AM GMT+2 (the last time I was working on the handouts) everything was looking perfectly normal, as it has been for the last few years. Today I logged into the game at 4PM to find this issue across every single one of my handouts, some of which I had not opened for months. Other handouts from other games my friends run look perfectly fine. It only happens to handouts, not PC or NPC sheets. Things I tried to solve the issue (to no avail): - No matter how may times I change the format or style of handouts, or even create new ones, it doesn't hold up in the view mode. - I've closed and reopened the game several times, Relogged a few times, restarted my PC, checked on both Chrome and Firefox (I use the latter), joined as both GM and players, deleted a handouts and created it from 0, the issue holds regardless. - I've cleared all cache and deactivated all extensions, didn't change anything. - I've had some players join, and they see the same visual bugs in handouts. They don't see them in any other of their games Some aditional information: - I've not changed any game or client settings since I closed roll20 yesterday night. - No other person has even joined the game since yesterday and today when I logged in. - I have not had any drivers or system update, nor have I changed any hardware or software, I just turned off the PC yesterday, turned it on today, and opened roll20. - Last noticeable settings change I did on the game was to add the 2024 D&D character sheet, to test the state it was in about 2 weeks ago. Even after removing it from the game, the handouts didn't go back to normal. - Different games I checked had different systems. Even though my game runs with 5e D&D, I've checked on different game systems like c'thulhu 7th, pathfinder 1, pathfinder 2, and other D&D games I don't GM.  no issue found with the handouts in any of those, only on my own game - I use Firefox on Windows 11 Roll20 sometimes does wacky things. This might be one of those bugs that you just ignore for a day and it goes away, but still, any ideas or advice on how to potentially solve the issue are welcome
I have also having major issues with formatting in my handouts now.  My issues occur when I use bullets and styles.  I created my own thread with example pictures before I saw this one.   I have also created a ticket.   Note: I believe this is only happening on Jumpgate as I pulled up my game pre-jumpgate and those look fine.
I see. Handouts I've seen appart from my own were not from jumpgate games so that would explain the issue. Glad it's not a me problem then, higher chances of it getting fixed Tilt said: I have also having major issues with formatting in my handouts now.  My issues occur when I use bullets and styles.  I created my own thread with example pictures before I saw this one.   I have also created a ticket.   Note: I believe this is only happening on Jumpgate as I pulled up my game pre-jumpgate and those look fine.

It Will be a YOU problem soon! Check you email! No more Legacy Games are allowed.  All New games must be Jumpgate.
Hello, bumping this up again to indicate that, though most of the style issues have been fixed, I'm still experiencing the increased gap between lines of text that should not be present as shown in edit mode of the handouts. Inserting images to illustrate the issue

Hi MercioDeComercio! The best thing to do would be to contact Roll20 by filing a  Help Center Request . That will create a ticket for the devs to investigate. It's mostly community help here on the forum. That being said, this could be related to Map Pin work, so I will file, too.
