Character Creator only showing me Free Rules, but i bought the PHBs (2014 and 2024)

A couple months ago i bought both the 2014 and 2024 PHB, and i could create characters in the character creator page. I used the new 2024 sheet for the character creation. Im not creating them in a game, im creating them in the page. Today it logged me out, and now when i try to create a character only lets me do the Free 2024, in the market it appears i have bought the books, im kinda desesperate rn, how could i solve this? Thanks!

Check your filter state (there should be a "featured" tag in the search bar. This sometimes works incorrectly, and limits items to an incorrect subset of content.

Hi Coty_20! The first thing to try in such a situation is deleting cache and cookies, then logging out and back in. That should work through any issue cause by confused browsing data. The second is to check the sharing setup on the game itself. Make sure the proper sources are activated or deactivated. If neither of those reveals the problem, then filing a  Help Center Request  is likely the next step.
