I think the most absolutely useful reaction would be "send text", that would send a text string to the chat. This could be user-facing (what does that plaque say?) or most revolutionary, trigger macros and scripts. That would open up a world of possibilities. It would probably be best to implement by adding a new attribute to the token, specifically to hold reaction text.
