Hello! My name is Dandelion and I'm 27 and my pronouns are He/Him. I'm hoping to find a new game to play with a small group! Details about me: I'm part of the LGBTQ+ Community and I live in the USA EST time zone, though I can play at pretty much any time and any day. I am Autistic, so i can be a little quiet when meeting new people. My Special Interest is Pinnipeds! I enjoy playing characters that have significant weaknesses, or are a tad non-standard in their use of abilities and such (for example, a warlock using arms of hadar not just for combat, but to help in lifting something heavy, or catching a falling object.) I love to use existing spells and abilities in creative ways that don't necessarily read exactly from the book. I've played on and off for a few years, and with several different mediums. I've played DnD 5e (not the most recent rules stuff yet though.) Anime OVA, Cortex System (used for the dragon prince ttrpg), and a long long time ago I used Pathfinder (I don't particularly remember much of it though!) My favorite genres of game are Romance, Fantasy, Sandbox, Mystery, and the occasional spooky session! I LOVE homebrew. If I could I'd only play homebrew worlds. I LOVE LEARNING YOUR LORE STUFF. I LOVE LEARNING THE WORLDS. I also love to do little out of game rp things, like writing letters/journal entries/ etc in character to npcs, or other players, etc. If you see this tell me your favorite Pinniped! What I'm looking for: I'm looking for a small group that is friendly and LGBTQ+ Accepting. Ideally with a game that entwines backstory into the main story, and gives depth and world building to every character. Everyone should get a fair shot in being the star of the story. I'm looking for a Long Term Campaign I'm looking for a group that respects boundaries and is very clear with communicating with each other. I'm looking for a group that is 18+ (Ideally 21+) I am hoping for weekly games (Bi-weekly works too) I am looking for a DM who is willing to collaborate with me to make my character and story engaging and suitable for the setting. My Ideal ratio is 50 RP - 30 COMBAT - 20 EXPLORATION I am hoping for a game where characters can build relationships with a vast amount of npcs in many different ways that add meaning to the interactions they have. Be it romantic, antagonistic, transactional, networking wise, etc. My hard line for any game is violence against children. I can handle most other things, but this is a strict thing I cannot handle. If a town is being raided, the children are ushered into safety by a few adults. If there is a natural disaster, Kids are prioritized into safety. Anything else is pretty much ok. My Ideal group is as invested in the game as I am, and willing to also do things outside of session to contribute to the game itself (Such as the notes thing I mentioned above) I can use Discord for voice only.
