Hi Chace C., Marketplace content is generally put there by the publisher. I would talk to the publisher about that. As for Character Sheets, those can be created by the community (usually, sometimes a publisher has something to say about it) and if someone hasn't done so yet you have several options available to you. 1) Create it yourself. This requires some programming skill, but there are people that can help. 2) Hope someone comes along and creates it. This does happen occassionally. 3) Pay someone to create it. Based on the complexity of the sheet this could cost hundreds at the low end or thousands on the high end. 4) Contact the publisher and ask them to do so. 5) Use an off-Roll20 sheet and an on-Roll20 non-sheet solution via the Attributes & Abilities tab to make the rolls.
