Rename Monster Token

How do you rename a monster token so that the Spawn feature will recognize it?  I have a "Priest Acolyte" that I have renamed to " Acolytes of the Unholy B rotherhood" (as this is the name in the adventure) in my journal.  The Spawn feature can't find" Acolytes of the Unholy B rotherhood"  but will find "Priest Acolyte".  It is my understanding that the spawn feature is looking in the journal for the monster not the compendium.   Thoughts?

Hi spolebitski,  Which character sheet are you using?  Where are you renaming it?  Token? Character? Inside the character sheet?
Gauss I am using the 2024 sheet.  I am renaming it where it says name at the top of the sheet.  I can find anywhere else where the name would be.  The monster was originally named "Priest Acolyte" (2024 MM)

Please drag the character to the table to create a token, then edit the token. Screenshot and display that please.  Edit: Also, what is the specific command you are using?

I just tested with the 2024 sheet and it is working for me, but only if I have a default token assigned to the character. Your screenshot doesn't show there is a default token attached to the character. Once you have a token properly configured (character representation, image, bar links, size, aura, etc.), you have 2 methods for setting it as default: 1) from the token, click the "Update Default Token" 2) select the token you want to use, then open the character and go to the character properties (on the 2024 sheet that is the small person with the settings-cog in the upper-right): ...then choose "Use Selected Token": Either of those methods will attach a default token to the character sheet, at which point your Spawn command should start working.
This is what I have along with the error message in chat
SpawnDefaultToken has to pull a character from your Journal based on their character name , which is the name in the Journal. The Token image you are showing is not set to represent a character in the Journal. You need to change the 'Represents Character' to be the character that you want the token to represent (it cannot be set to 'None/Generic Token'. Then save that token as the Default for the character. Then SpawnDefaultToken should work.
So I have made the changes but I still get the error.

If you pull the character from your journal tab onto the VTT, and open the token settings, is that new token still representing the character "Boris the Cook"? Sorry to ask, but trying to catch every possible disconnect in the process.
I appreciate it ... i am trying to try everything one step at a time as well to figure this out.

These are the token settings when I drag and drop Borris The Cook from my Journal
Thanks everyone for you willingness to help, I found the issue.  There was a space at the end of the NPC Name that was causing the issue.  I went into every npc sheet and fixed it.  It is working now.
