Flash crashes

Every time i log in the first thing that happens after i get off the loading screen is that flash crashes. This has happened every time I logged in for the past month (at least once a day). we tried to load the game in Google hangout and the same thing happened. they couldn't hear me and i couldn't hear them but they could hear each other. they could see my video, they didn't have cameras to test that in. to prepare for running this game i upgraded to the most recent version of both chrome and Firefox. i tried running in both and the same thing happens with both. i also installed the chrome frame in IE and got the same issue.
Flash kept crashing whenever I "allowed" the video window in Firefox. I solved this by down-grading my flash version to 11.2.
I am having this issue too.
I actually did a bit deeper searching and discovered that this is a problem with HP pavilion laptops. i went to the tokbox site and it crashes every time i reload. I also verified through some google searches that while google says that the problem is fixed on google hangout but it is not. ultimately my answer is to play on a different computer which is fortunatly an option.
I've only recently joined the community and have already experienced Shockwave crashing when I launched my campaign. I have also subsequently lost the ability to play any sounds from the Jukebox. According to the following article there is a problem with Chrome having 2 instances of Flash running, which clash with each other. http://www.pcadvisor.co.uk/how-to/internet/3332967/prevent-shockwave-flash-crashing-in-google-chrome/ I followed the instructions in the article and, sure enough, I had 2 instances of Flash, although only one was enabled and neither was actually in the Systems folder. I disabled the one which was enabled, enabled the other, and on re-launching my campaign I got no Shockwave crash. I could also hear sounds. Hope this helps in resolving this problem, at least for Chrome users. Regards, Alan
