bad news everyone: the Evil Overlords RPG is gonna have to remain unofficial. apparently there are two versions of the list and i just so happened to find and infringe the one thats been copyrighted. the other isnt copyrighted but it still requires some house-keeping before i can officially use it. but we can still play the game, i just cant officially publish it and sell it
