LFG shadowrun 4e

My brother and I wanna play shadowrun but neither of us know how to do it we have a the core rulebook which I think would really be all we need to play. Other than that all we need is someone to GM and a couple more people to play.
I would also love to play some SR, I am completely new to the setting but would love to try it.
I was actually thinking about setting up a shadowrun game. So ya, I'll GM. Over the summer time zones won't matter too much (I'll sleep whenever), but in August when I start working, I'll be sleeping like regular people at GMT +1.
No further interest?
I'm waiting for more people to respond till we have a fairly big group of people. I have another guy who is willing to gm so if you or him are willing to be players.
Sounds interesting. I would have to acquire the core rulebook and start reading up, but I would be interested. My weekday nights after 5 PM EST are completely flexible, weekends are iffy.
Yeah basically I have weekdays except one cause of a D&D campaign but I can play pretty much anytime besides that and sunday but in august I will be working with my grandparents and not sure when I can play. So it may have to be a medium length campaign.
Sorry about the wait. Just learned that "getting notification about replies" means getting notification here on the forum, not getting a message to my email. Learn something new every day. Anyway, 5 PM EST / 9 PM GMT sounds good. As far as campaign goes, I don't usually prepare a grand plotted campaign (in Shadowrun at least). I usually just set up an interesting situation, throw some runs together that are related to that situation, and then let the campaign go whichever way the players take it. I'll try to get some good hooks in there, to draw you into the mess quicker than in my usual campaigns, but since you players will be driving the boat, I can't give any guarantee that we will reach a good stopping point in the time we have. Is that okay? Should I set up a campaign for Monday 5 PM EST? Then we can get together, discuss what setting we want, and make characters.
I won't be around all of this up coming week from the 8th till the 15th
So two weeks to complete a campaign? I don't think I can do that. We could run a single run or two. But no campaign.
I'm definitely interested in playing or possibly even GMing.
I'll play
Where are we in terms of playing or testing for this group?
I would be down for some shadowrun 4e if there is room I have every book and have a solid understanding of all of it if anyone needs a walk through I can help. :)
Hey guys Id be interested in playing and I have experience in playing shadowrun and have access to all the books. Ive made a few characters before and know a lot of the rules off hand. If anyone needs help for character creation or otherwise ill be glad to help ^_^
I´m playing SR4A regularily and want to test out roll20´s capabilities for SR. I´d like to join. :)
I would be interested in trying out SR4, but with a pregen. I have the book, but haven't played SR since 2nd ed. years ago, so I'm really out of it with the new rules.
After much thought and time I have lost intrest but for those of you who are still interested there seem to be enough of you. I hope you all enjoy playing so continue liking and post on here but myself and my brother will probably not play. One of my reasons for not playing is I will simply not have enough time.
For the rest of you, I'm sorry to say that I've already found a group of players. So I can't be your GM unless you've already been contacted.
