NPCs unable to add secondary attack effect

For example if a monster has a bite attack that does 2d6 of piercing damage AND 1d6 of poison damage, there isn't a way to add the poison damage to the attack.

Hi ez2rpg,  I assume you are using the D&D 5e 2024 by Roll20 character sheet? If not please supply the name of the sheet you are using.  If you are using the D&D 5e 2024 by Roll20 sheet then to give NPCs a second damage line switch to Compact view, edit the attack, then switch back to Statblock view.  Statblock view's edit screen is intended to be simple. For more comprehensive editing you need one of the other views.
