Characters inaccessible, mouse-over just shows a loading icon

Just loaded up my game, and all characters are greyed out and inaccessible. I can't click on them, and hovering the mouse over them, just shows the "blue ring" loading animation. Is the site undergoing maintenance, is something broken, or what is happening? EDIT: I can create and edit a new sheet, but once I close it down, I can't access it anymore. I can delete it and duplicate it. I'm using the 5e 2024 sheet by Roll20 2nd EDIT: Creating a new game with 2024 sheet gave the same issue. A test game with the 2014 sheet gave me access to the sheet, but it's all blank. 3rd EDIT: It seems to be an issue between Firefox and Roll20, since I have no issue with OperaGX. Final EDIT: I've found the cause. For some reason, the access is blocked because of trackers that have suddenly been added or is now flagged in my Ghostery extension. I can confirm that turning off my tracking protection will allow me access. Someone please explain why there's suddenly, after years, trackers being flagged on your site?

Hi Kasper! Ghostery has been causing other issues, blocking some needed process for displaying character sheets. I have not run into that one. I can't answer as to why Ghostery flags any particular item the way it does, though, that's beyond my skills and knowledge. I've whitelisted ro ll20.net.
I can understand that Ghostery may flag incorrect threats, since this is a field that's always in an escalating war, but my questions to the Roll20 team are: Why is there suddenly advertisement trackers (Google Tag and Tag Manager)? Have something changed in the background operations of Roll20 that suddenly makes this change? Are my data being tracked and sold without my knowledge and consent, on a service I pay for, or what is going on here? I've tested, and even allowing for all other trackers, I have the same issue, by not allowing just the advertisement tracker. I find this deeply concerning.

If you are seeking an answer, and the team does not see your post here, the best way to proceed is with a  Help Center Request .

I get this issue when I use my VPN (which started only some days ago), turning off my VPN clears it up. I also get a similar issue with my displayed rolls; Turning off my VPN is an issue, for some reason on my house starlink r20 is unusably laggy at times. Using VPN somehow fixes that issue to smooth normalcy.
So it seems to suggest there's something going on at the Roll20 end of things.

Hi Kaero, For a specific technical issue like this, the best course is to capture a  Console Log ( Chrome , Firefox ) and file a  Help Center Request .
