There's nothing super dangerous about a google forms link, there's only so much someone can do with that. Although it's always good to check the link (by hovering over it) to make sure it's actually going to google forms. But there's other context clues that can help you identify that this in fact should be a safe link. Such as, it's a pro Roll20 user, so they've given billing information to Roll20. Their account was created over 8 years ago. They have over 1500 hours in game on Roll20. So yes while it's always possible they are a bad actor, there's nothing about their post that is suspicious.
