Scabard.com integration

Scabard is a great resource to plan adventures, structure them and document on-the-fly NPC documentation. Its most notible features include a great hyperlink detection as well as a feature they call the 'proper noun detector'. As it is with Syrinscape, while there is integration available for Foundry, Roll20 does not offer any such features. Would be great to see this made possible!
