A friend and I are both really interested in playing VtM. We are new to World of Darkness, but have plenty of experience with other TTRPGs (mostly D&D on my part). Yeah, which edition are you looking for?  That makes a difference.  Most popular are 5th Edition and 20th Anniversary Edition (VTM5 and V20 respectively)

I would be open to a 20th Anniversary Edition game. I have a plotline already developed. It's about a massive war in the Bible Belt between hunters, vampires and werewolves. And the vampires involved in the war wake up in a strange hotel that, while unknown to them, seems to have a very keen idea of who the characters themselves are.
