Need a skill minimum

Many dnd subclasses give the ability to have minimums on skill rolls. Very much need a way to set minimums in the new 2024 player sheet.

A modifier similar to what we get with Armor Class would be perfect for this 

+1. Totally on board with this.  Rogues get Reliable Talent, and it's a hassle to deal with this as it is.  There are others, and house -- including my own.
