Gifted Marketplace items not activating properly.

Hello. A few days ago, a friend of mine gifted me the D&D 5E 2024 Core bundle, anonymously for this was supposed to be a surprised. I received no notification nor mail notifying me that I received said gift, and only when he ended up spilling the beans and telling me to check the marketplace, did I notice the bundle was shown as Owned by me : HOWEVER, the separate items of the bundle (the three books, the Heart of Stone adventure and the VTT pack) are shown as NOT owned by me and purchasable (or only in bundle for the extras) : Furthermore, I have no access to them in my compendium, or games. I did send a support ticket, hoping to get news about it soon, but posting this here in case... I don't know, I missed something obvious to activate it, or this is a mail that got lost when the site went down a few days ago and this can be fixed easily.

Hi Gardien! The support ticket was likely enough to get movement on this, but if you don't hear back in the next 24 hours, post again here, and I will see if I can find out if something has gone awry with your ticket.

Hello again ! I haven't heard any news, BUT something must have happened, because now, all the content I should have access to seems properly activated. Thanks for your answers and the team's reactivity !
