Feature request: indicate off-screen activity (pings, token movements, etc.)

Score + 10
Often someone will ping off my screen and I have no idea which direction they are pinging. A temporary arrow at the edge of the screen would quickly indicate which way I need to scroll, the size of the arrow or length could indicate how far to scroll. It would be helpful to also show if there's other off-screen interactions such as a player moving their token or using FX.
+1, I'm throwing in my vote: I have this happen a lot, or I ping a location and my players are "where? I can't see that"  an arrow or lighting up the edge of the map in the direction of the ping would be a good quality of life improvement. And yes, when it's me pinging as DM, I could just recenter the map, but that's disruptive to players who are actually studying the map at the time, so I don't do it unless it's important.  And stuff like "you hear a noise from this doorway" doesn't need a recenter, but it could use a direction indication.
