So, after ignoring Pathfinder on Roll20 for a year, I was looking into starting a new Pathfinder 2e Remastered campaign. However, it seems like Roll20 still doesn't properly support the remaster, or second edition in general, or anything anymore. The so-called Demiplane integration has, predictably, completely destroyed all development on that end. Along with ownership, creativity, freedom, and fun. The site is slow, the sheets don't work, the integration doesn't work, everything is locked behind a paywall, and even a paid subscription doesn't get you past that pay wall. There's no homebrew, no customization, no creative freedom, no soul. Even the original official Pathfinder Sheet forum thread has been locked, forcing me to create this one. Roll20 is no longer a good or even viable place to play RPGs. The only sheets you actually support are D&D 5e/2024, and that's a dying system. It isn't even a VTT any more, it's a parody of one. Yet the staff and leadership refuse to acknowledge they've gone in the wrong direction and refuse to course correct. Since there's still some meager functionality for community made sheets, is anyone working on or has made a good PF2eR sheet? I haven't seen any sign of it. In the meantime I'm looking into alternatives like Fantasy Grounds, Foundry, and Talespire. I am so very disappointed.
