Can't give individual players Character permissions

I'm about to start running a campaign with a sizable group. The first four players I was able to give permissions to see and edit their characters just fine, but the fifth doesn't even show up in the dropdown. Is there any way I can fix that, or is four the limit?

Has the fifth actually joined the campaign yet?
The fifth, yes. The 6th, 7th, and 8th, no.

If the player is not showing up in the permissions dropdown, it means that player hasn't loaded the VTT yet. They may have joined the campaign, but they need to actually open the VTT for you to give them any permissions.

Brain is correct. To give a player permission for sheets, handouts, and tokens they have to join your campaign then enter the actual game board. This allows the site to fully register them as part of your campiagn.
