Personally, I'm interested in more of a "writer's room" type of environment where DMs come together to bounce ideas off each other, and work towards building a single campaign. One GM has to have the final say in what becomes included in the "official" campaign, but obviously everybody who contributes can "steal" whatever they want for their own games. I have no trouble coming up with new ideas. The real trick is choosing which ones to grow with more time and energy investment, and which ones stagnate because something about them just doesn't feel "good enough" yet. If you or another DM wants to work in this fashion, give me a PM. It does require a bit of balance. It doesn't work well if the creative energy is coming from only one person--that's not a good environment to grow ideas. If you feel like you have ideas, and love sharing and talking "shop" with other GMs about their campaign flavor, then it's really just the same thing, but in a slightly more formal setting.
