I have broken down the process of joining this thing into three handy sections. Choose between 3d6 or 4d6 for your stats. Choose "Sample Character" for equipment. Choose "No Background" for the "qualities" section. Make your character level 4. Save the information. Either as a pdf, or copy/paste the text. Just be sure to save it in some way that you can share it with me later. Part number B: Get on the skype. Find "kittenfarce", from the town of "bananaville", with the screen name "Billy Redd". Make contact with this person, who is me. Inform this weirdo about the main location for the rain in spain. At some point share your character info. Part number C: Do some stuff.
