Cant remember the name of this `World Creation` Game.

A few years ago I played a sort of `World Creation` game and I cant remember the name of it so I hoped someone on here would know.... It was pretty simple we started with a large blank sheet of paper with a grid. Each player took their turn rolling dice to see how many points they got. Each turn you could spend them or save them. We started with filling in the map with grasslands, and mountains and rivers/oceans etc. (Each forest/water/city tile cost X amount of points and lets say you had 30 points... you could buy a 5x5 Square of forest... if you wanted to make it an even bigger forest you would buy another 5x5 Square of forest etc.) Eventually... points where spent on doing things like creating an Elven race that lived in the forest.. then another player spent points creating a God for them... As they game went on there where several races and people started describing power struggles between them. One player eventually saving enough points to buy a cataclysm and destroying the forest the elves lived in with a volcanic eruption from a nearby mountain range that was laid down earllier. It was a TON of fun and it lasted for hours before it felt like the world ran its course... Anyone have the faintest Idea of what the game might of been called? Or anything similar?

I've never heard of it before, but Google says that Dawn of Worlds is probably what you're looking for. (If you're looking for other worldbuilding games as well, I've read good things about Microscope, but I've never played it myself.)
