Some other game

Hey guys, as promised following are a couple links. First, the link to my campaign Obsidian Portal page: <a href="http://ghara.obsidianportal.com" rel="nofollow">http://ghara.obsidianportal.com</a>. Here I provide recaps of what happened along with in game dates. Also included there is a growing database of all the places and people the adventurers can meet. Next is the playlist (<a href="http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLVcb1n-eOm2huDcZVgmnwc19twNK7Ohw-" rel="nofollow">http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLVcb1n-eOm2huDcZVgmnwc19twNK7Ohw-</a>) where I will post all the videos. The editing is minor, I'll be trimming off junk from the beginning and end of each part, but likely little if any from anywhere else, so please bear with me as we figure out audio issues and whatnot.
Very cool, I like the map. I will check it out in further detail after work. I too, gave up on editing in between the beginning / end (just cutting out major pauses). Also good to know we weren't the only group who needed some time to work out the technical stuff :)
Yeah, I got nearly 4 hours of technical stuff to figure out! I left my mic too high compared to everyone else, so you can hardly hear the others. I'll fix that for Sunday tho.
I think we finally got our tech-issues worked out (besides some lag last session and the occasional having to re-log into teamspeak). Levels are something I check now before I start the recording (maybe do a test recording) and then adjust each person's individual mic volume via teamspeak.
Hey Rob, I really want to listen to these but man, the audio is still really low, even in your new session 2. I have it turned up all the way. Have you figured out how to fix this? Maybe you can find a program to boost the decibals and then re-upload them?
Ugh, tell me about it. I have completely given up on Quicktime as a screen recording tool, the audio waveforms indicate that there is no sound for nearly all of the first 4 parts. I am looking into Camtasia for Mac for future sessions. I could also boot into windows, what software do you use for recording?
I use Bandicam, but I had to pay for it. And I had to pay for a high-speed video converter as well in order to convert the recordings to HD youtube capable files.
Good news everybody, session 3 of my other game was a success. It was recorded fully with voice. I'll have both parts uploaded and avaiable tomorrow some time.
Great news! I'm looking forward to it.
The new videos are available here: <a href="http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLVcb1n-eOm2huDcZVgmnwc19twNK7Ohw-" rel="nofollow">http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLVcb1n-eOm2huDcZVgmnwc19twNK7Ohw-</a>, this session (session 3) was very combat heavy and there was very little role play, next session will be more balanced.
