Campaigns won't load

My campaigns won't load I have tried refreshing dozens of times, restarting my computer, a different browser, and even making a new campaign, however, that won't load either it is stuck on an advertisement to become a supporter or mentor. If i could get some help it would be greatly appreciated thank you for your time.

Boyz2Men, could you please go to the support details page I linked above and post the results (except IP address). I currently see our status ( http://status.roll20.net/ ) showing us as up and I can get into my campaigns. - Gauss

Thank you Boyz2Men. Are you trying to get into a game you created or someone else's? If it is someone else's is this on the Main server or Development server? Are you using Google+ or native Roll20? - Gauss
I'm just trying to get into "Modules". I just created the account so I guess main server. I'm using it from the site, so I guess native.

Ahhhh, you haven't yet created a game. Steps to create a game: Go to the top of the forum and click "My Campaigns" Click the "+Start a New Campaign" button Put in a name where it says "Campaign Name..." Click the "Im ready, Create Campaign!" button. There is only one module currently and it is free for paid users (Im not sure if it is Subscriber or Mentor level). Once you are in you can load maps and create your campaign. Here are some help files that will be of use: http://help.roll20.net/ If you have any further questions feel free to ask. :) - Gauss
Ok! Thanks :)

Collin, can you PM me the join link to your campaign? I would like to see if it is the campaign which is having an issue. You can get the join link by going to your campaign details page, clicking on the Invite Player link, and copy the join link at the bottom of the popup window. - Gauss
<I have deleted the join link - Gauss>

Unfortunately, Im going to have to bump this to one of the other Mods who know Apple machines better than I (which is just about anyone since I dont use Apple machines). I am thinking it is a problem on your system's end. I would check the following to see if any of them are at fault: Internet connection (a slow connection might cause the game to hang at loading, you could try to reboot your modem) Changes to the browser (some plugins or extensions cause problems with Roll20 but not usually hanging when loading). Clearing your cache sometimes helps resolve issues. Additional note: one of your players just showed up so at least another person can get in. - Gauss
Roger that, thank you for the help ill try one of those

Collin -- Some necessary files for loading Roll20 are not being loaded by your computer. Try clearing your cache first ( http://support.google.com/chrome/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=95582) , if that doesn't work please make sure you don't have any Extensions installed in Chrome, or any software running on your computer that might be interfering with your network connection. Extensions have caused this sort of issue before, as has software like firewalls and even weird things like those spyware toolbars.
My group is having problems loading the campaign using Google Hangouts. We've had it work successfully for a couple months, but today, when my GM invites us, we load into the hangout and click on the Roll20 icon, it says: "Choose Campaign to Launch We don't yet know what Roll20 Campaign you want to play in this hangout. Below we've included a list of your campaigns. Choose the one you'd like to launch. ( Note: If you're not planning to GM this game, just ignore this message, it will go away when the GM has joined the Hangout and chosen a campaign.)" Here's the info from supportdetails: OS: Windows 7 Browser: Chrome 26.0.1410.64 Javascript: Enabled Cookies: Enabled Resolution: 1920x1200 Browser size: 1920x1109 Color Depth: 32 Bit Flash Version 11.7.700 Here is the log info: On client ready... ifr:1619 checking auth ifr:1608 API READY ifr:1626 WE HAVE TOKEN ifr:1593 GO! ifr:1641 INIT APP ifr:1518 Attempting to join campaign 0 ifr:1536 resizing ifr:1650 Uncaught ReferenceError: d20 is not defined browse.js:4 29 resizing ifr:1650 The campaign loads successfully if we launch it from Roll20.net, just not using Google Hangout.
Vae- Is your GM using the "Launch in Google+ Hangout" link from the Campaign Details page? If not, they might try that. If that still doesn't work let me know.
Yes, that is how the GM is launching the campaign. It doesn't work. :(
