Round of newb question #5 (Pathfinder)

Hello Gauss! How are you? Here's a few more question for you lol :P 1) Can a Sorcerer or an Oracle learn a spell from a spell book? (Let's say there's 1 in a treasure hoard) 2) Let's say the party find a longsword masterwork quality, do they already know its masterwork or they have to identify it? and also, on this page : http://paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/prd/magicItems/weapons.html#_weapons , does the +1 is from the masterwork quality, or it's another enchantment, making it +2? 3) I'm confused with spell, bard and sorcerer cast arcane spell, Cleric and the other cast divine spell, but both cleric and bard can cast cure light wound, I don't understand lol.
2: this is up to DM. Maybe there's inscription, or maybe they simply know this kind of work. Maybe it's a common way to describe Equipment in the world, or maybe they simply say that it's crafted better than a normal Sword. If you have a smith or a son of a smith, he should know. Maybe it's something "everyone" knows. 3: MW is not connected to magic other than being a prerequisite. It doesn't affect anything with dealing with magic.

1) No. Spontaneous casters do not learn spells from a spellbook. They choose new spells when they level up and those spells do not come out of a spellbook. 2) The skill Appraise covers this but, as Leif stated, it is also up to the GM. He may give you that information without an appraise check. Masterwork grants a +1 enhancement bonus to attack but no enhancement bonus to damage. A +1 weapon enhancement (magic) grants a +1 enhancement bonus to attack AND damage and that bonus supersedes (does not stack with) the Masterwork property's +1 enhancement bonus to attack. 3) Whether a spell is arcane or divine is defined by the class casting the spell. Spells are not inherently Arcane or Divine although they might typically be so. (And are referenced as such when doing spell design. However spell design is not something you should be looking at right now. :) ) A Bard casting Cure Light Wounds is casting an Arcane spell because Bards cast arcane spells. A Cleric casting Cure Light Wounds is casting a Divine spell because Clerics cast divine spells. There are only a few situations where this matters. One of those being scrolls which are either Arcane or Divine. If a cleric created the scroll it is divine. If a bard created the scroll it is arcane. - Gauss

1. No spontaneous spell casters (I think thats what we call them, Sorcerers, Oracles, etc) can learn a spell from a book or scroll. They get new spells only at new level and they can pick any on their list. 2. I've always played it that masterwork simply means its the best, weighted properly, made out of the best materials, etc. So pretty much anyone can tell its masterwork, but for sure if you are proficient with the weapon you can feel how well it will work just by picking it up and giving it some swings. :) 2b. Masterwork only gives you +1 to hit and its an enhancement bonus that doesn't stack with magical enhancement bonuses. Magic weapons are all masterwork quality. So a +1 magic weapon gives you a total of +1 to hit and +1 damage. 3. You can have the same spell come from a different source (Arcane or Divine). So if a Bard casts a Cure Light Wounds then its an Arcane spell. If a Cleric Casts CLW then its a Divine spell. It does the same thing, just comes from a different source. Each class will state if it is Arcane or Divine. Hope that helps, keep the questions coming!
Thank a lot guys!!!
