Age filter

Add an age filter so I can find games with players with the same age range as I. I wont to avode playing with children.

Would this be a filter the GM sets (ie, "Only players age 18+ can apply to join"), a filter when finding games based on the age of the GM ("Only show games whose GM is 18+"), or a filter when finding games based on the age of players who are already in the campaign ("Only show games with GM/players that are 18+")? In the latter case, what happens when someone outside the specified age range joins after you do?

The first 600,000 people have not entered their ages on here, so that could be an obstacle to filtering on Roll20's side. In the meantime if you're a player, you are able to ask the GM and the other players how old they are, or, look for games where the GM has ruled that only 18+ can join. Some GM's will write that requirement in their pitch so you can look for that. You can also add to your Player Profile, "I want to play games with people in the age range _____ " if you are GMing -- what you can do is use the free-text Description fields as GM to post whatever requirements you like. "Must be over age 18" or whatever stipulations you want to put. This is commonly done on here. GM can also ask the players to fill out your application and tell you before you accept them in the game: "How old are you? What do you think makes a good roleplaying encounter? How well do you know this game system?"

The game may have a min and max age and games can be displayed that except the age of the player also a players age would need to be attached to the players account for this to work.

I think this would be nearly impossible to enforce without requiring some sort of age verification, which would cost money. It would also open roll20 up to potential liability if a minor lies and joins an 18+ game and their parents object. Sadly, in this day and age of rampant litigiousness, this could definitely be a bad idea.
