Hey, everyone I am just now looking to create a group so I can run wrath of the righteous. My intent is to make this game last until it is finished, with that being said I am going to be extremely picky about who gets to come along. I will first as you to post why you would be a good fit to the group, I am looking for thoughtful answers people who will take the time and really think about how they work well with a group and players in general. If you are looking to be a power gamer or a rule lawyer you do not belong. I know the rules and I will handle them as such, if I make a mistake then you can let me know. I am not looking for people who play each others characters its great to give advice but if you wish to give advice you will do so in character. I will be waiting to start the game until I have found the right group. FYI just posting you are interested will cause you to be ignored. I will be doing skype interviews also.
hey I would like to join if I can. the reason I would like to join is to learn more and more about d&d and rps more and more to the point where I can learn things on my own and build my own charters really well and also learning how to be a good dm by playing and seeing what a dm does. the only thing is ive only played 3.5e games and Idk if u want a newbie on ur team, and im not going total power and trying to be a god more trying to learn how to build a chater over time to make it good in a fight but still has a chance to lose and im denfintly not going to be a rule lawyer (if I do question something it would just because I didnt understand what happened and keep it between u and me). since I haven't been in many rps yet my roleplaying may be a little weak but again its just another thing that im trying to learn and work on. and if I cant join as a player u mind if I watch instead still a good learning exp for me just to see being played and what people do. now if I did the math right 7:30pm cst= 2am pst right? ( just want to check last person who was in a diffent timezone got pissed at me cuz we both did the time zone math wrong) and also I will need to know what books I need to read I know 3.5e really well but the others not so much. and that's my intro. Sorry, looking for people with plenty of pathfinder experience I don't plan on teaching people the rules.

Hey would like to join. I have played pathfinder heavily for more than a year and have a fair (at least I think so) grasp of the rules. I would be interested in playing a cleric if allowed to join. :) EDIT: I'm sorry I got carried away in my initial response and didn't post the full response to all of your questions! Why I would like to be a part of the game. I enjoy playing and having fun and I try to work with people to make the best story we can tell as a group. It would be my intention to try and support both the party and any other players. I am not a rules lawyer so don't worry about that. When I GM I have the philosophy that Cinematics and the story will override some of the rules. I tell my players that if it isn't in the rules just present it to me as best you can and if its feasible we can try to figure out how to do it mechanically. I would like to work with any GM on what characters would be needed and I always try to build a concept for each individual rp. What you can expect from me: I will be on time, if not early to games. If something comes up and I have to miss I will let you know as soon as possible either through skype or on the Roll20 boards. I will allow other people to play their characters and have their moments as I will typically try to be more of a supportive character to begin with. I attempt to make the game fun for everyone as much as I can Mostly I'm interested because I love the rping experience and I have wanted to try Wrath of the Righteous for some time now but I've never found a game that I would be able to join in on.
PS. If you have more questions or think that perhaps I can qualify for a further interview my Skype address is: trasklargero
We have found one player.
First and Foremost we cannot play past 11:00 pm CST. WIth that being said, both of us will be on early to coordinate. I have been roleplaying for close to 10+years, and my wife has been rping for 5 years with me. Why you should pick us? I have GMed 2 different PF adventure paths, multiple 4e adventures, some 3.5, Everquest Tabletop and understand your struggles with players that try to challenge you on rules. I would like to play in a story and develop my character in the adventure path. I also understand that sometimes roles need to be fulfilled. I understand that, but that doesn't mean that I don't get to put my spin on it(I'll heal ya, but it doesn't mean I'll risk my life for ya etc) Also, I understand you are worried about girls coming to the RPing table. My wife is my equal, she doesn't play to join in with her BF. If anything I was her GM in many of her games, so she is used to having no token allies, IE her husband. I am the most critical on her because I expect her to understand the story I am trying to build behind the scene. I often expect her to be the voice of reason when there is a squabble at the table because she understands my hard work as GM, as well as the player struggles. Either way, 2 experienced Roleplayers would like to create a new character that will explore your interpretation of Wrath of the Righteous.
My skype is trainer951. Please add for futher questioning.

Sup folks, Abbie here; 22, Unemployed Graduate, Self-Professed Game Nut and your potential token Brit. Alright; so I'm presently in the GMT timezone. The late start isn't going to have an effect on my attendance nor my punctuality (and least of all my enthusiasm), so there's that out of the way. I've a few years of Pathfinder under my belt and would love to give Wrath of the Righteous a crack. I'd not want to call myself a rules lawyer, but like to think I'm familiar enough with the framework to rattle off the most common rules, class features and afflictions as and when required. That said, I fully embrace and believe in Rule #0, as well as the need/desire for cinematics and storytelling in sessions (I mean, who doesn't love a good cutscene?) I'll be honest and admit that I'm gonna have to read up the Mythic rules for this campaign, but I certainly wouldn't want to rely on anyone regarding that. I have eyes, I can read, and my google-fu game is legendary. As a player, I like to think I can come up with flavorful characters with enough crunch to be functional to the party. I love puzzles, combat, social encounters - the works! - and have a penchant for lore retention and research (if my character should [or shouldn't] know something, I invariably try to keep true to it). Playing as a team is really important to me, and I don't often design my avatars without the eternal question ("How can I be useful to the team?") hovering somewhere over my proverbial shoulder. My characters have been everything from arcane blasters and raging front-linesmen to skill monkey detectives and a lichdom-seeking necromancer. As far as character concepts go, I think it's high time I threw some kinda Champion of Iomedae onto the pile, but that's certainly still up for debate. I'm not entirely sure what else I could throw here, so here's my Skype - autoscribe - and feel free to toss any further questions my way. I will endeavor to answer them as soon as possible. If I'm not considered for whatever reason, thanks for reading anyway, and good luck to those who are. Abbie~
