LFG/DM D&D5E, we are 2 players used to 1e/2e that want to try 5E. Timezone: GMT.

Hi everyone, Me and my friend are looking for a group to try d&d 5e with, with the hope of starting a proper campaign if it all goes well. We are both experienced with d&d1e and 2e but didn't find 4e our style. Unfortunately our group has largely gone their separate ways so we are looking to join a game on Roll20! We are both big fans of a good character back-story and RP. Ideally we would like to play characters and find a DM. We are both from the UK so would be looking for a group to play weekly/every other week in the evening or weekend GMT. Let me know if your interested! Looking to play in a group of 4-6 people, ideally mixed. We are both 24 year old males. We can play evenings (bar friday) after 7pm GMT or anytime weekends, we're open to times really. Hiya, my game just lost 2-3 players to life and responsibility and we're in need of a few guys to fill the gap. We currently play Thursday evenings (12am Friday GMT) and we're in the last few sessions before we wrap it all up. If you don't mind jumping in a game that's almost done, you can get a feel of how 5e plays and hopefully find some inspiration for your own campaigns. We can usually reschedule the play times to suit everyone's schedules so don't hesitate to let me know. PS. You'll most likely going to be playing Kobold characters but our DM might be able to sort something out.

Hullo! Would a 5th edition campaign, yet to commence, set in Forgotten Realms be of any interest to you? We already have two party members. The campaign LFG page is here . It's a fresh adventure, being written by me, for level 1 and onwards. Rich background story based on a legend in Faerûn. First session would be 6:30 PM EST although we would probably start 7:00 or even 7:30 PM while we set up character sheets and other usual pre-game rituals. I could give DMing a shot, just need to get orientated with 5th Edition rules. I've DM'd dozens of 3.5 campaigns and 2 Pathfinder campaigns so far. My schedule is free on Fridays and Weekends.

As I mentioned before, I would be open to DMing as well. I've played 5e for close to a year (started playing regularly with the last playtest packet around January), got a good twenty-plus sessions under my belt. For our 2e veterans, I have some ideas that might be appealing to you. I've been interested in Ravenloft ever since I heard about it, and as it happens I just recently acquired the book for it. I'm currently in the process of converting some of it for use with 5e, and I'd love to see it in action.

Ok, well I'll chat to Chris this weekend and if your up for DMing that would be great Calle! I think we'd prefer to do a more standard high fantasy setting for now but we wouldnt rule out trying ravenloft in the future. So we have me, chris, Calle as DM, Joel, Andrew and Wade who PM'd me. I think if there is anyone else who hasn't tried 5E before they should possibly get priority as a player?

Sure Calle! So if you invite myself, Chris, Wade E, Andrew H and Daniel P. Maybe the previous poster as well in case someone bails? So as far as times, I think a weekday evening looks best I for most people, any preferences? I can't do Friday's, and wade can't do Tuesday's, so that leaves Monday, Wednesday or Thursday? Unfortunately looks like Joel can only do weekends so if above poster wants to play there's a spot?

I would like to join if you still got place..I only played a few sessions of 2.E..which was pretty bad because i got the worst luck then. I would like to try out 5E, but i would need some help :) That said, i´m 23 years old and from germany.
