Looking for players for a Steampunk superhero campaign using M & M 3E system

Looking for creative and energetic players to join in an existing group to play SINGULARITY. It is a steampunk game with superheroes. It is set in a post-apocalyptic England that has reverted to a low tech, Victorian era style of living after a global nanite scourge that eliminated most sophisticated technology. We play every other Saturday at 9:30 pm CST/ 10:30 pm EST. The game generally runs for 4 hours. We use the Mutants & Mastermind 3E rules. The characters begin at PL-8. Easy to learn.Players will describe the type of character personality/history & power set they want and a pre-gen character we be built to best fit your vision in the points allowed. Hi, I'd like to give this a try. Do you have a character guideline doc or a universe description doc? Otherwise I'll aim at something Steampunk-ish, but I won't be sure it will be a good fit. I'll link a character concept shortly.

So, is this a Steampunk game using the M&M rules? Or is this a super hero game in a Steampunk setting? My real question is: do you accept characters with "powers" that are not steampunk tech based? Like mystical characters or mutants or science accidents? I already imagine steampunk gadgeteers are abundant, and certainly will make the mainstay of the setting, but I am thinking of creating a mystic character with steampunk sensibilities. Would that fit?
