GM LF 1 Player for 4e Homebrew (UTC/GMT -4 hours)

Aight so I'm looking for players free on Fridays. That can make a game between 1:30pm to 6pm in the UTC/GMT -4 hours timezone. Houserules: Every player is allowed a FREE Weapon Proficiency feat when making their character Critical hit rules are MAX damage + roll the base damage die again. (Makes crits very deadly) Characters with Themes get theme powers for free when they acquire the required level (Makes themes more prominent) Some situations will require a saving throw which functions as follows Roll a d20 + 1, 2 or 3 depending on which saving throw is the highest to lowest. Lets say ur saves are 14 Fortitude, 12 Reflex and 16 will /// you roll a 1d20+1 for Reflex, 1d20+2 for Fortitude and a 1d20+3 for Will saving throws. The players are currently not far in the campaign, they recently concluded the so called Chapter 1 which was mostly for familiarity and warm up. Right now is where the real story is going to develop. I can introduce your character immediately, straight into a boss battle. The main plot happens in 3.5 Faerun (Forgotten Realms) But the game itself uses 4e rules for combat. There are no Class/Race restrictions, although the party could use a defender/leader Party layout is as follows Bugbear Rogue Dwarven Monk Tinkergnome Artificer Players are level 6, and the story has progressed somewhat, but I can easily fill you in and get you in right away. Don't make evil characters unless you know how to play an evil character correctly please. Now accepting questions.

Ability scores are point buy (-10), equipment you get is three level 6 equivalent common-uncommon magic items + 700G Players are level 6 atm.
