Players cannot see character names in the initiative order

Lately (as in: this worked before, now it doesn't anymore) my players are unable to see names in the initiative order. That goes for the players' characters as well as for random tokens. It is like this for me as well when I rejoin as a player. While in DM mode, I can see all the names properly. This is true for every one of the 12 people I know playing on Roll20 (mostly using Win7, can't really give detailed descriptions of everyones setup) and across multiple browsers (tried everything from Firefox to Chrome, even IE).
You may have to click the "Name: See" checkmark on the respective token for them to see it.
Oh, wow. I'm freaking blind. It will get kind of annoying to check the box for every token, but thank you.

I am sorry this is annoying for you. However, many GMs do not want players to see the names while they can see the names. Thus, a system is in place that allows four states: nobody sees name, GM sees name, GM+controller sees name, everyone sees name.  - Gauss
