#7 D&D 4E One-Shot Dungeon Delve (Starting when full)

I'm hosting a One-Shot Dungeon Delve today. The game will begin when we have  5 players . A dungeon delve is a mini-adventure focusing on 2-3 combat encounters. If you are interested, please post your desired role below, i.e. Controller, Striker (Ranged or Melee), Leader, or Defender, as well as your scenario of choice. Chosen Scenarios: Level 6 :  Temple of the Zealots  - Clear the temple of an evil snake-worshiping cult Level 11 : Last Will and Testament - Stop a demonic invasion Level 29 :  The Silence of Evil  - Destroy a powerful dracolich before its evil plans come to fruition You begin the adventure with a level-appropriate character. PHB 1, PHB 2, PHB 3 races and classes are allowed.  No Essentials characters . You may use Arcane, Martial (1/2), Divine, Primal, Psionic Power + Dragon Magazine for your feats and powers. Starting Equipment: One magic item of your level One magic item of your level + 1 One magic item of your level - 1 Gold equal to the value of a magic item of your level - 1, which may be used to purchase additional items, including consumables. Ex. For level 10 scenario, you have 4,200gp. You may use it to purchase a single level 9 magic item, or a level 8 magic item and some potions, etc.

The "odd" hours at which you run these things make me wonder if you're trying to avoid me! :)

I'm particularly likely to run them when I can't sleep. :P  As it stands, I usually sleep 3-4 times a week. What hours are you available?

Also, I feel bad for brutalizing a party in the delve that ended a few hours ago, so I'm eager for redemption.

Weeknights after 8 pm Eastern, if I'm not already running a game that is. I'm generally up for playing in any Heroic-tier delve. Also, don't feel bad for brutalizing parties. I do it all the time and people keep coming back. It's like they want it or something. :)

@Ryan - Any preference of scenario? @Jonathan - Are you interested in joining this run? @Iserith - Sometimes it's okay, but this time just felt terrible. They barely made it through the second encounter, in no shape to take on the main boss. :/ I just felt like it was too difficult.

Is this newb friendly?&nbsp; One shot might just be the thing to get me acclimated but I'd rather not make things less fun for others if it would be an issue.&nbsp; And I really wouldn't have a problem being told this isn't the game for me if so :).&nbsp; That said for role, something simple probably like a fighter or other striker from what I've read.

It's probably not noob-friendly enough at level 6. Everything's trying to kill you, and you have a lot of abilities to manage at that level. One of the lower level one-shots would probably be better for you. I run those too, sometimes, but I wanted to try some of my newer scenarios today.

I figured that might be the case, thanks for getting back to me.&nbsp; At least I won't have to decide between this and reading my World of Thedas book that should be arriving any minute now!
