Hello, folks! I am the GM of an Apocalypse World campaign that is currently in progress. I have GMed several campaigns of Apocalypse World and would like to invite you to join the current campaign. Apocalypse World is an easy to learn (it took a fresh player barely a session to get a good grasp of the mechanics) system that is driven by the narrative of the players. As such, we are looking for a player who is comfortable with fairly heavy roleplaying (don't worry - we are not stuckup killjoys!). More information about the system and the character playbooks can be found on the official site: http://apocalypse-world.com/ Our setting (created via the collaboration of myself and the players) is a an unorthodox apocalypse where an overgrown forest teeming with unspeakable horrors and anomalies encroaches on humanity, driving it deep into decadence and despair. "The Refuge of Vanity might be a huge pile of shit, but it is the one least infested with flies. If you are poor and unskilled you will end up dying in the streets anyway, sure, but at-least you won't be forced to pick Joyweed at the swamps like those poor bastards at the Refinery do... and maybe if you distract yourself with all the flesh and the bone-snapping of the Cyst you won't even notice all the painful aspects of dying, anyhow." Join the other players and advance your own agenda through social, political, and environmental aspects of post-apocalyptic life: -Razz, the Spectacle (custom playbook), a vengeful gladiator -Wilson, an Operator (vanilla playbook), an assassin who is in way over his head -Suit, an Outsider (custom playbook), a wierdo with a penchant of appearing behind corners We aim to play every Friday when everyone is free (which usually means we play bimonthly, but sometimes more frequently than that) between 4pm-8pm EST. If you are interested, please leave a message here or send me a PM. Thanks!
